One of the things that drove me the craziest early in my landlording career was showing available rentals. It just took WAY TOO MUCH TIME.
Even though I tried to make it more efficient through a couple open houses, even when I told people I would text before showing up, even when I told them I wouldn’t show up if they didn’t text back… it still took a lot of time and mental energy.
